Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern Standard Time. Any orders placed after 6:00 EST will not be processed until the next business day. Computer and Printer Solutions will not be responsible for any freight charges if package does not ship same day regardless of cut-off times.



Minimum Order -We will accept any size order. No Minimum order restrictions apply.

Credit card approval policies

Orders submitted which are to be paid by credit card will require an approval code by the charge card company prior to order approval. The full value of the order will require approval. This full value may include part charges, freight charges, core charges and tax (if appropriate). Any refunds or advanced exchange core return credits will be credited to the customer's charge card within ten days after the appropriate items have been received and approved for payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Advanced exchange items

Repairable cores must be returned to Computer and Printer Solutions within 40 days or you will be charged for the difference between the exchange and new price.

Warranty statement

Most repaired, exchanged or refurbished parts are warranted to be in good working condition for six months on fusers and fuser maintenance kits, three months on all other printer parts and thirty days on computer parts from date of purchase. Computer and Printer Solutions reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if the warranty item has sustained shipping damage, was improperly installed, mishandled, tampered with or malfunctioning for any reason other than the original failure identified and repaired by the company. RETURN POLICY-Good and Unused Product Good and Unused parts requested to be returned for credit within ten (10) calendar days of the original shipment date, will be charged a $25.00 min per unit or a 20% restock fee, whichever is greater. Prior to returning any material, an RMA number must be issued by Computer and Printer Solutions. The Return RMA number is valid for a period of fifteen (10) days. The parts must be sealed and unused and in the same condition as when it originally shipped from Computer and Printer Solutions. Computer and Printer Solutions will return any package received without a valid RMA number without credit to the shipper. Please send a request to: for the RMA forms.

Return shipping

All parts are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. To insure safe handling, Computer and Printer Solutions returns all repaired products in protective customized packaging. Freight, handling, insurance, and customs charges are not the responsibility of Computer and Printer Solutions.

Excess inventory

Computer and Printer Solutions buys and sells sub-assemblies and other printer related excess inventory. Please email our Purchasing Department at: for availability and pricing. .

Order cancellation

Once an order has been submitted to the Warehouse, it may not be possible for that order to be canceled or diverted prior to shipment. Computer and Printer Solutions, Inc will make a "best efforts" attempt to cancel, stop, or divert a submitted order. Computer and Printer Solutions, Inc assumes no liability for orders, which ship based upon a customer's submitted request, and returns will be subject to normal restocking fees
